Bean-skin bun

It's worrying that the food out there is getting unsafe and problematic. A healthy meal for my family became my quest. I'm happy to see my family happy and healthy. I don't know when, I like and get used to making breakfast at home. It used to be either buns or cakes or oil bars on the way to work. They are used to the oily hands of their breakfast aunts and to the money, to the oily breakfast racks and to the poor plastic bags of food. It seems to have started with a baby, always worried about something harmful to him, getting more and more concerned about the health of his diet... so we started making breakfast and found that breakfast at home was not a waste of time. The buns were the first thing I did for breakfast, because it could be a different trap, so it could be something to eat, not too monotonous. A few cages per week are frozen in the fridge, hot in the morning on the electric table, almost warm enough to wash the bag, with milk or soybean or congee. A full breakfast and a morning's work is very spiritual. In my childhood memory, my mother's buns seem to be a lot of radish, pickles, sour beaks, and so on, and now there's a lot of meat beaks, dried vegetables, sea belt beaks, soy sauce, veggie mushrooms, etc. I was curious when I came by a bungalow to see that it had bean skin in it, and it was made of dry tofu skin that we ate this week
