Luoxiu rice noodles are produced in my hometown, Guiping, Guangxi, and named after Luoxiu. It is one of Guiping's most famous specialties and is known as "One of China's Best."
Luoxiu rice noodles are famous for their thin and well-proportioned strips, white and oily appearance, flexible texture, ability to cook, delicate, lubricated, and crispy food. Someone has done experiments: fold the sun-dried rice noodles into a roll and throw them against the wall 20 times without breaking them; hang 150 freshly cut vermicelli (weighing about 200 grams) on a crossbar, which can lift a young man weighing 70 kilograms and swing on it. In 1985, CCTV and Shenzhen Dole Film and Television Company took the title "Strange Rice Noodles" as the title. After Luo Xiu's rice noodles were included in the large-scale TV series "One of China", the popularity became even higher.

Luoxiu rice noodles have a long history and have become famous since the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. Its handmade craftsmanship is unique. It is refined from the unique water quality of its mountainous areas and high-quality white rice produced locally. The entire production process includes rice selection, rice dipping, pulp grinding, steaming flour, drying flour, folding flour skins, cutting vermicelli, drying vermicelli, and bundling rice noodles, etc.

Luoxiu rice noodles can be boiled or stir-fried, and can be cooked into broth powder, old friend powder, screw powder, salad powder and stir-fried noodles according to different flavors. In winter, eat dog meat in hot pot. Cook Luoxiu rice noodles in dog meat soup, add a little pepper and chopped green onion. The taste is wonderful.
