Wuhan has a lot of snacks too early. Every year when I go back, I have several kinds of breakfast. I can't eat enough delicious food.

Hot-dry noodles are naturally my favorite, but unfortunately you can't buy alkali noodles outside, so I never make them.
However, bean skins can be done by yourself. Although you don't have that big pot, you can make a small portion for yourself.

    1. Don't add too much water to rice and green soy milk at the beginning, otherwise it will be too thin and it will not be made into dough. You can also add some other materials in it as you like. 3. The skin of rice and green soy milk is soft first, but once the eggs are spread out, it becomes firm and can be turned over. 4.
