Steps for Sixi Roast Bran

Soak day lily, roasted bran, tofu bamboo, peanuts, and lotus seeds in warm water in advance for later use. Cut the soaked and washed tofu into diagonally sections, and cut the baked bran into small squares for later use. Peanuts can be peeled.
