The protagonist of the Dragon Boat Festival is none other than rice dumplings. There are many different flavors of rice dumplings on the market, but in my heart, the rice dumplings at home are the most fragrant.

Steps for zongzi

The method of making rice dumplings is different in every place. We usually have 3 leaves here, and then use two of them to make a funnel shape. Then put a layer of glutinous rice, another layer of stuffing, and cover it with a layer of glutinous rice. After all the fillings are put in, spread them with another zongzi leaf, fold the excess leaves on the bottom of the zongzi, and finally tie them tightly with water grass.
