1. Peel off the outer skin of the banana, cut it in half, and cut it into 8cm sections. <br />2. Heat 10ml of olive oil in the pan over medium heat. After heating, put the chopped onions, chopped garlic and curry powder into the pan and stir fry for 3 minutes, then add the rice and continue to stir for 5 minutes. <br />3. Pour the chicken soup into the pan, turn to low heat and cover to simmer the rice until it is done (about 15 minutes). <br />4. Heat 10ml of olive oil in the pan over medium heat. After heating, put the diced chicken meat into the pan and stir fry for about 3 minutes. <br />5. Finally, put the stir-fried diced chicken into the rice and mix well, then add the banana segments, and season with salt and white pepper.
