Ingredients:

- 200g fresh enoki mushrooms, trimmed and rinsed

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 red chili, thinly sliced (optional)

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

- ½ teaspoon sugar

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Steps:

1. Prep: Pat the mushrooms dry. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.

2. Stir-fry: Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and chili until fragrant (30 seconds).

3. Cook Mushrooms: Add enoki mushrooms, stirring constantly for 2–3 minutes until they soften slightly.
