Ingredients:

- 100g dried wood ear mushrooms (soaked in warm water until soft, then sliced)

- 1 napa cabbage (cut into bite-sized pieces)

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 tbsp cooking oil

Steps:

1. Prepare the ingredients: Soak wood ear mushrooms for 20 minutes until tender, rinse, and slice. Wash napa cabbage and cut into sections. Mince garlic.
