Ingredients: 1 whole black chicken (silkie chicken), 15g dried cordyceps flowers, 3-5 slices of ginger, 1 red date (pitted), 1 goji berry handful, salt to taste.

Steps:

1. Prep the chicken: Clean the black chicken thoroughly. For a richer broth, blanch it in boiling water for 3 minutes, then rinse to remove impurities.

2. Soak cordyceps flowers: Rinse dried cordyceps flowers and soak in warm water for 15 minutes until soft. Reserve the soaking liquid.
