Ingredients: 500g beef (chuck or brisket, cubed), 2 large tomatoes (blended), 1 onion (sliced), 3 garlic cloves (minced), 1 tbsp ginger (grated), 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 500g noodles (fresh or dried), beef broth (4 cups), and vegetables like bok choy or spinach (optional).

Steps:

1. Prepare the beef: Marinate cubed beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, and a pinch of pepper for 15 minutes.
