Dry bells are made of closed-hull wind drying of scallops, which contain the necessary nutrients for many humans, containing as much as 61.8 per cent protein, rich and diverse amino acids and a variety of minerals, far above fish fins and oscillations. Dry bells also contain abundant sodium acacia acid, which is very rare and contributes to blood pressure, cholesterol, increased immunity, growth and development, and buffers anaemia. Dry bees are also resistant to cancer, softening blood vessels, and preventing artery sclerosis
