I think most of the recipes are just a record of the process and some of the attentions that can actually be added to the personal preferences and the food available at home. Except, of course, that kind of local specialty is the more classic bean noodle. If you don't, then you have to pick out the spicy, wide or thicker noodles, or they'll rot. This pasta is my own pumpkin pasta that smells so good that it's good to be made with these vegetables in the colourful taste of both food and vegetables
