Last time I made eggs from a microwave, it didn't work. But it mixed the eggs with half of the tofu on hand, with a little pork pie, half a carrot, and two more spoons of starch, making tofu pills. I didn't want to make a recipe, but I wanted to use it. I didn't know it worked. Tofuballs slip round, and the color is red, and it is tender. It's delicious and beautiful.
