I didn't have any appetite at all today. I asked my husband what to eat, but he didn't know. Around 5 o'clock in the afternoon, I really wanted to eat hot pot, so I asked my mother to accompany me to buy my favorite vegetables and meat. After I bought it, I started to fiddle with it. What did it look like? Please read down:

    Mixing at the bottom of the pot: star anise, rock sugar (don't put it in), onions, ginger, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, tomatoes,(the white one is pork, but later my husband said it was not delicious, so he didn't put it in.)

    Mix the dipping ingredients (my husband and I eat it for two people): 1 tablespoon sesame paste, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon tofu gravy, 1 tablespoon leek flower paste, 5 tablespoons pepper water (normally, I use boiling water to boil it) Put them in a small bowl, stir well, add chopped peanuts (more is very fragrant, I like to eat), and finally add chopped coriander. Chili sauce can be put according to your own taste.

    What my husband and I like to eat: You can choose dishes according to your own taste, but I like to eat seasonal vegetables. The dishes I chose were: cabbage, yam, sweet potatoes, potatoes, vermicelli, mushroom, fungus, chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, black bean sprouts (I left over at noon, but I didn't expect it to be delicious. My husband said before that it might not be delicious)

    Look at the bottom of my pot. It's not soup, so it doesn't turn white. I will try the soup next time. (Although it looks bad, my husband said it is delicious (*^__^*))

    This is a picture taken when mixing the dipping ingredients. I didn't want to post it, but it was not taken well. It is good to mix the dipping ingredients to this extent (there is no need to put salt in the middle, because tofu gravy and leek sauce are salty)
