Children all like to eat jam, but there are always various additives and preservatives sold on the market. Long-term consumption is very harmful to the body. Therefore, for the sake of children's health, wise housewives still make their own jam at home. Although this work takes a lot of effort, I believe that mothers in the world will make selfless contributions to their children. Today, I will present my own all-natural additive-free jam to wish our next generation grow up healthy and safe!

Torch syrup is really a good thing, especially cream caramel syrup. It can be used when baking. Add a little when drinking coffee or eating cake. It also improves the flavor, and the taste becomes much richer and sweeter immediately.
I made cream caramel syrup last time, but the camera was out at that time and no photos were taken. When I made it this time, I found that the light cream had just been used up, so I could only make some simple scorched syrup. Although there is no cream, the taste is good.

Cream caramel syrup is made in the same way as ordinary scorched syrup, except that in the last step, one adds boiled boiling water and the other adds boiled light cream. That's all!
Lard and pig skin

Lard and pig skin

When I eat pork, I usually don't eat skin. What should I do with skin? Throw it away? Oh no!!!
I am stingy, throwing words has been removed from my dictionary!!!!
I usually keep them and when the amount is large, I will deal with them. The scraped fat meat will be boiled into lard, the shaved pig skin will be made into jelly, or the pig's trotters will be stewed.

When the lard is boiled, you can make meringue snacks. If you don't hate the taste, you can also use it for frying. However, for me, its biggest function is: to remove dandruff!!!
O(④_④)O haha ~ Are you surprised??!!

I have seen a way to get rid of dandruff before, which is to rub the scalp with olive oil and rub it for 5 minutes to wash it off. I tried it and it can be managed for a while, but it will appear again after a while when the weather is dry.
Then one day, I thought, since oil can remove dandruff, the effect of lard should be better than olive oil. After all, it is animal and should have a better effect on the scalp, so I tried it, and after one time, I couldn't see any birds at all!!!!
Moreover, I wiped my hair too, but my hair was smoother than before!!! I have a lot of hair. In the past, if I washed my hair and dried it naturally, it would be a golden lion lion king. It was fluffy and messy. Now it is quite smooth, haha!!
And I don't like getting oily anymore. In the past, my hair would be oily if I didn't wash it every other day.

However, it's a little uncomfortable to rub it on your head with oily oil, but the effect is definitely better than all kinds of anti-dandruff shampoos and conditioners!!

I first roughly washed my hair and wiped it without dripping water. Then I started to dip my fingers in lard and rubbed it on my head to massage my scalp. Then I applied it on my hair. It was all done. I stopped for half an hour and washed it. If you feel oily in your hair after washing, wash it again.
Generally, you can remove dandruff in one go. If you feel that the protection effect is good, you can use lard once a week or two to use it as conditioner.

There are a lot of pig skin left from the sausage recently, so I'll clean it up with a hard work!!!

In cold weather, you can only feel warm after you are full and eat well. As the New Year approaches, there are more meat and oil when eating. In this way, our gastrointestinal tract may be a little overwhelmed. Make some hawthorn jam and eat it, which will strengthen the stomach, digestion and increase appetite. Why not?

Hawthorn, also known as "Shanlihong" and "Amanite", has high nutritional and medicinal value. In addition to being eaten fresh, Hawthorn can be made into hawthorn slices, tree bark, hawthorn cake, preserved fruit, hawthorn wine, etc.
