Ingredients: For the filling, you’ll need 200g fresh chives (finely chopped), 3 eggs (scrambled and cooled), 1 tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp sesame oil, a pinch of salt, and white pepper. For the wrapper, use store-bought dumpling wrappers or make your own with 250g all-purpose flour and warm water.

Steps:

1. Prepare the filling: Mix chopped chives, scrambled eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Ensure the eggs are fully cooled to prevent sogginess.
