Ingredients:

200g pork loin, cut into 1cm cubes; 1 potato, peeled and diced; 1 bell pepper, chopped; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 tbsp soy sauce; 1 tsp oyster sauce; 1 tbsp sugar; 1 tbsp cooking wine; 2 tbsp oil; Salt to taste.

Steps:

1. Marinate the pork: In a bowl, mix pork cubes with 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp cooking wine, and a pinch of salt. Let sit for 15 minutes.
