IT'S BEEN 17 YEARS SINCE WE STARTED WATCHING FOOD IN '09. ONE PERSON EATS THE BEST WAY TO EAT, AND I THINK MOST OF MY RECIPES ARE MADE AT THE RATE OF ONE PERSON. OF COURSE, EVERYONE'S DIET IS DIFFERENT, AND AS A NORMAL ADULT BMI, IT SHOULD BE RIGHT BELOW. POTATO CHICKEN IS ONE OF THE MOST COMMON FOODS I'VE EVER MADE OUTSIDE. IT LOOKS SIMPLE (WELL, IT'S SIMPLE), BUT IT SMELLS LIKE IT CAN'T BE MADE WITH ANY MORE SAUCE. ON THE CONTRARY, IT DOESN'T REQUIRE MUCH. WHETHER IT BE ELECTRIC STOVES OR GAS STOVES, BUTTER OR PEANUT OIL, THIS DISH REQUIRES A HIGHER DEGREE OF FRESH FOOD IF IT IS MADE WITH FRESH PERFUME. POTATOES ARE FOR SEASONS OF SMALL POTATOES, CHICKENS ARE FOR BONE-PICKING CHICKENS AND PEPPERS ARE FOR GRINDING. I'M MORE INCLINED TO COOK MY OWN RICE WITH AN ORDINARY LITTLE SOUP PAN INSTEAD OF AN ELECTRIC MEAL, WHICH, IF YOU'RE SKILLED, CAN BE SERVED WITH POTATOES AND CHICKENS IN 30 MINUTES。
