Ingredients: 1 medium cauliflower (cut into florets), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tbsp ginger (grated), 2 tbsp cooking oil, 3 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 cup water, and optional chopped scallions or bell peppers.

Steps:
