How to Make Creamy Bread: A Simple Guide

Creamy bread, with its soft, fluffy texture and rich, buttery flavor, is a beloved treat. Here’s a basic guide to crafting this delicious pastry at home.

Ingredients: For the dough, you’ll need 500g all-purpose flour, 50g sugar, 10g yeast, 1 tsp salt, 250ml warm milk, 50g melted butter, and 2 eggs. For the cream filling, whip 200ml heavy cream with 2 tbsp powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Steps:

1. Activate yeast: Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

2. Make dough: Combine flour, salt, yeast mixture, eggs, and melted butter. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours until doubled.

3. Shape: Punch down dough, divide into small balls, and flatten. Add a spoonful of whipped cream to the center, seal edges, and place on a baking tray.

4. Proof & bake: Let rise for 30 minutes. Brush with egg wash and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden.
