How to Make Mango Pudding: A Simple Guide

Mango pudding is a creamy, tropical dessert loved for its smooth texture and refreshing flavor. Here’s an easy recipe to recreate it at home.

Ingredients:

- 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and cubed)

- 500ml whole milk

- 100g sugar (adjust to taste)

- 3 gelatin sheets (or 2 tsp powdered gelatin)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Steps:

1. Prepare the mango: Blend half the mango cubes into a puree. Reserve the other half for topping.

2. Soften gelatin: If using sheets, soak them in cold water for 5 minutes until soft; drain. For powder, mix with 2 tbsp warm water until dissolved.

3. Heat milk: In a saucepan, warm the milk and sugar over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.

4. Combine mixture: Remove from heat. Add the mango puree, softened gelatin, and vanilla (if using). Stir until gelatin fully melts.

5. Set the pudding: Strain the mixture through a sieve for extra smoothness. Pour into serving glasses or a mold. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

6. Serve: Top with reserved mango cubes and a mint leaf for a fresh finish.

Enjoy this luscious, homemade treat that’s perfect for summer gatherings or a simple dessert!
