It's really fun to try making bread. I learned this recipe from a book. However, there are some modifications. For example, the original formula is 80 grams of water and 6 grams of milk powder. Because I didn't have milk powder, but wanted milk aroma, I replaced the milk powder and water directly with 80 grams of milk. The results are not bad. <br /><br />In addition, I basically use sand grains for making western cakes. If they are too thick, I will make them thinner, but I don't specifically buy powdered sugar.
