Tofu, the pet of Chinese food, whether it's mixed or made of soup, red or spicy, fried and cooked, has its shape and is admired by many. I don't like old-fashioned tofu, but I think it smells like beans. But there's one exception to to tofu — tofu, which is thin, has no soybeans, and enters. Besides cooking with it, I like to bake it. That's right, making cake with it. It's not new. High tofu protein content and low fat are suitable for dieters. Such low-fat, high-nutrient foods are of course suitable for ordinary people. After all, living conditions are better today, and there are a number of high-level rich diseases.
