Fortunately, they are not picky people and all say it is good! In my own opinion, those fillings are better than the dumpling fillings I made before! <br />His father (my future father-in-law) didn't come back from work until New Year's Eve. He bought a lot of meat and vegetables, including hundreds of dumpling skins. Because they had the habit of keeping the New Year's Eve, his father went to bed after dinner and didn't get up until the beginning of the Spring Festival Gala. At seven o'clock, we turned out the vegetables, made a variety of fillings, and started making dumplings. The dumplings were made twice. I ate the first time that night, and I made the remaining dumpling skins with several other fillings and stored them in the refrigerator. Making dumplings and watching the Spring Festival Gala, New Year's Eve was a very fulfilling night!
