Radish cake, a savory and comforting dish, is a beloved staple in many Asian cuisines. Here’s a simple yet delicious recipe to recreate it at home.

Ingredients:

- 300g white radish, grated

- 150g rice flour

- 50g all-purpose flour

- 200ml water

- 50g dried shrimp (soaked and chopped)

- 50 Chinese sausages, diced

- 2 scallions, finely chopped

- Salt, white pepper, and five-spice powder to taste

- 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions:
