Ingredients:

- 500g boneless chicken breast, cubed

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 tsp cornstarch

- 3 dried chilies (sliced, adjust to taste)

- 1 bell pepper (diced)

- 1 onion (sliced)

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Steps:

1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and coat evenly. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
