I don't know if it was because the rice cooker only heated at the bottom and was not heated uniformly. <br />Recently, we have studied steaming cakes, using a steamer to steam cakes. I made two servings. One was made with whole eggs without separating the egg white and egg white; the other was made separately. After it is cooked, the taste is similar, but there is a difference in taste. The whole egg is dry. After eating it, my mother said it looks like a steamed cake, hehe, but the ones cooked separately will be wetter. I think everything is okay. The one I make is better than the one outside, healthy and hygienic!

Jam I like blueberry jam best, so I just use it on this bread. The purple jam looks very tempting and tastes very good. It is soft and sweet when it cools. It is my favorite among the several breads I make so far. My daughter can even eat an entire loaf. The original formula was about 110 grams of water. Based on the water absorption of my flour, I used 100 grams of water, and it felt just right. Because I like the ratio formula of this bread, I have made 3 breads with this ratio in the past few days. I will send them one by one next time.
