The yeast is a strong antioxidant after fermentation, with liver protection and some detoxification; it contains minerals, such as selenium/chromium, that prevent aging and anti-tumours, prevent arteries from sclerosis and increase human immunity; and the health benefits from frequent eating of fermented food. For example, fermented buns and bread are more nutritious than traditional foods such as pies and noodles, which have not been fermented; experiments have shown that yeasts not only change the fabric of the noodles, but also make them softer and better, but also increase their nutritional value significantly. Breads are fermented foods and fermented for longer periods than other varieties, so they are the softest; bread varieties are numerous, but my favorite is the original bread; simple foods, the pure scent of flour, slowly fermenting, eat and taste.
