It is served with shrimp meat, fish meat, ham, dried shrimp, salted egg yolk and broth to enhance the flavor, and is added with broccoli to embellishment. It is cooked by steaming, maintaining the original flavor of the dish. This dish has a vivid appearance, elegant and elegant atmosphere, making it a hotel-level banquet dish.
