Traditional jars are generally placed in a shady place in the kitchen. The temperature changes with the temperature at any time, and the stability of kimchi water is difficult to control. My method is to put the "Le Le Kou" food box in the freezer of the refrigerator. In this way, the ambient temperature of kimchi remains constant, which prolongs the storage time of the dishes and maintains the freshness of the dishes.
