Practice:<br /> 1. Remove the roots and wash the mushroom. Remove the muscles and slice the beef. Peel and slice the ginger. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, starch and water to the beef and marinate for 5 minutes. <br />2. Pour the oil into the pan, heat it, add the beef slices and stir fry until 80% done, and pour out for later use. <br />3. Leave the base oil in the pan, add ginger slices, mushroom, and salt and stir-fry until 80% done. Add beef, strips of MSG, oil, stir fry several times, thicken with water starch, and sprinkle with sesame oil. Serve.
