Pig skin must be washed clean. The pig skin I bought was plucked clean with eyebrow clips. Haha, put the fur side down in an iron pot and brown it, place it in cold water to soak for 5 minutes, use a knife to scrape off the thin yellow skin skin, and then remove the pork skin. The fat meat on the pig skin is shaved and not needed. Cut into small strips and blanch in water to remove residual oil. Put the blanched pig skin into the pan and add water just to drown it. Cook for 30 minutes, take it, put it in a basin for half a day, and it will become frozen.
