I have always liked eating fried dough sticks. I still remember when I was a child, a bowl of spicy soup and two single fried dough sticks were one of the breakfasts I longed for most. <br /><br />Later, I heard that many fried dough sticks sold on the street were added with messy ingredients, and the oil was fried repeatedly, which was very unhealthy. I no longer want to eat it. <br /><br />Later, when I saw many friends of gourmets making fried dough sticks by themselves, I panicked to make them, but unfortunately, I never made them very well. Several times, the dough could hardly be grown, and it was very sticky. But the fried dough sticks taste okay every time, but the appearance is really average. In the end, I tried it without adding eggs. It was really not so sticky and it was much easier to make, but still, it was not fluffy as expected.
