Beans

Beans

Bean blossoms are traditional Chinese snacks for all the old and old. There are, of course, differences in eating practices everywhere, with salty and sweet pies saying that salty pies usually pour soy sauce, spicy oil, squeezing, pickles, onions, etc. in bean blossoms; sweet pies, with white sugar or red sugar, eat sweetness in bean blossoms; cauliflowers with ginger or syrup as dessert in bean blossoms; and many countries in South-East Asia also mix beans with coconut milk, fruit, etc. But for a real one, you can eat as long as you like. And perhaps some of our friends will be on the street and some of our vendors will pick a bucket, one or two cups of salt, salty choice, glitter and green bean flowers are popular everywhere, and the bean flowers in the bucket are always sold out. We usually have soybean flowers at breakfast tables, with buns or oil bars, a genuine Chinese breakfast, which tastes like a barb drop。
