There is a delicacy in Zhejiang cuisine, but as far as I know, I don't know why there was a delicacy named Chaofen. I don't know who was the first person to taste Chaofen. I searched it online and found no information on the origin of fried rice flour, but none of this affected Zhejiang people's love for fried rice flour. Take Wenzhou, the land where I was born and raised, and every district and township has its own unique speculation method or mix-and-match method. The taste is similar, but you can also taste the different countryside inside. Nowadays, hotels and restaurants in Wenzhou, large and small (the same is true in other regions) also place fried noodles as the first choice for the staple food.
