Shiitake mushrooms are fungi food with high protein, low fat, polysaccharides, multiple amino acids and multiple vitamins. <br />The pork belly is sweet, salty and calm in nature, and enters the spleen, stomach and kidney meridians; it nourishes the kidney and nourishes blood, nourishes yin and moistens dryness. <br /><br />I really haven't cooked these two ingredients together.
