I like the hot and sour taste of Hunan cuisine very much. It tastes super good to eat, and I think about a hot and sour dish every day. It was this dish [Sauerkraut, Eggs, Scrambled with Broad Bean Rice] that I didn't expect the dishes to be ready. It tasted really good. It was sour, spicy, delicious, and super served with rice. I still want to eat it now, but unfortunately I can't buy fresh broad beans. <br /><br />Today, I would like to share with you this long-ago dish [Sauerkraut, eggs and beans and rice], which is rich in nutrients, sour and spicy taste, and a good accompaniment to the meal.
