In his family, there is a habit of making dumplings on New Year's Eve. This year's fillings are all the ones I suggested, but they have never eaten so many fillings! Fortunately, they are not picky people and all say it is good! In my own opinion, those fillings are better than the dumpling fillings I made before! <br />His father (my future father-in-law) didn't come back from work until New Year's Eve. He bought a lot of meat and vegetables, including hundreds of dumpling skins. Because they had the habit of keeping the New Year's Eve, his father went to bed after dinner and didn't get up until the beginning of the Spring Festival Gala. At seven o'clock, we turned out the vegetables, made a variety of fillings, and started making dumplings. The dumplings were made twice. I ate the first time that night, and I made the remaining dumpling skins with several other fillings and stored them in the refrigerator. Making dumplings and watching the Spring Festival Gala, New Year's Eve was a very fulfilling night!

These are the dumplings that my husband and I ate during the winter solstice. We arranged for my baby her own special dumplings that day. <br /><br />Originally, I was going to make dumplings for my baby first, and I started to make dumplings for us after she was full and drunk. However, I didn't expect that after the pot of dumplings was cooked, she came over with her own small bowl: "Eat dumplings yourself..."<br /><br /> Isn't this little girl too good at eating? Completely fainted! <br /><br />Why is she such a fat girl?! <br /><br />They all say that radish and ginseng are used in autumn and winter, right? Moreover, dumplings made of radish and big meat are so fragrant that only those who have eaten them can understand! I also paired it with a small portion of leeks, which not only covered up the excessive radish flavor, but also improved the taste of the dumplings!
