- 500g winter melon, peeled, seeded, and cut into 0.5cm thick slices

- 50g dried shrimp, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes (drain well)

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 green onion, chopped

- 1 tbsp cooking oil

- 1 tsp soy sauce

- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
