Ingredients:

- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed

- 100g melted butter

- 500g cream cheese, softened

- 200g sugar

- 3 eggs

- 200g durian pulp (fresh or frozen)

- 200ml heavy cream

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Base: Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press firmly into a 20cm springform pan and chill for 30 minutes.

2. Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then fold in heavy cream and vanilla.

3. Durian Layer: Blend durian pulp until smooth. Gently fold 150g into the cream cheese mixture, reserving 50g for topping.

4. Assembly: Pour the filling over the base. Swirl reserved durian pulp on top.

5. Baking: Bake at 160°C for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
