Appetitive shredded radish

Appetitive shredded radish

I remember that I used to have breakfast outside when I was studying. Occasionally, if I was in a hurry for study in the evening, I would not go home to eat in the evening. Thinking about it, I always wanted to go to bed late in the morning, so I could go out and buy breakfast. Now I think about it, I would rather cook at home, but when I was studying, I never thought about cooking by myself...

We have many fried rice noodles shops here, and there are always some free side dishes where you eat fried rice noodles, such as cold shredded seaweed, dried radish, pickles, pickled mustard, etc. It just happens that there is a radish at home and I don't know how to eat it, so I made it the simplest appetizer. Now I don't even eat those small dishes when I go out to eat fried rice noodles occasionally. I also think that fried rice noodles are not as delicious as fried rice myself. In addition, I don't think the food cooked outside is very clean, and the ones I make are more hygienic and safe.

I studied in Nanjing for four years in college. Nanjing people like to eat pickled cabbage fish. My mother is a native of Sichuan. She said that most of the pickled cabbage fish in Sichuan is made in white soup, but the pickled cabbage fish in Nanjing is made in red soup.
My mother and I thought about it at home to reconcile the tastes of the two places and make a pickled cabbage fish that northerners would like very much. Hehe, I quietly told everyone that the pickled cabbage fish the next day was better than the one that just came out of the pot on the first day. Oh, if you don't believe me, try it.
