THIS ROASTED FISH WAS EATEN IN ITALY LAST YEAR, WITH A CRUSH ON THE UNIQUE FRAGRANCE OF MEDITERRANEAN VANILLA. YESTERDAY, WE RECEIVED FROM OUR FRIENDS A DELIVERY OF SEAFOOD FROM QINGDAO, WHICH CONTAINS FISH OF ALL COLOURS. I USED TO TALK TO MY HUSBAND ABOUT THE SEAFISH, AND I SOMETIMES LISTENED TO HER, AND IT WAS GOOD TO BAKE, SO I THOUGHT ABOUT THE MEDITERRANEAN SEAFOOD. I'VE DONE A LOT OF RESEARCH, I'VE TRIED A LOT OF THINGS BY FEELING, AND I DON'T NECESSARILY FULLY APPRECIATE THE WAY ITALIAN FISH ARE BAKED, BUT I'VE TRIED A LOT OF THINGS, ESPECIALLY LOCAL FRAGRANCE, TO MAKE FISH THAT ARE SIMILAR OR EVEN MORE DELICIOUS. IT'S AN IMPROVED VERSION OF MEDITERRANEAN SEAFOOD. POTATOES ARE BETTER THAN ROASTED FISH. :-P
