Hands on rice

Catch food: Uighur is called "bourbon" and is one of the foods that the brotherly peoples of Uighur and Uzbek have for guests. On the occasion of the festival and the wedding and the wedding, there is a requirement for “cooking” guests. Their traditional habit is to invite guests to sit around the table, with a clean cloth. The owner then served the pot with one hand and the pot with one hand, and asked the guests to wash their hands one by one and hand them clean towels to dry. When all the guests are cleaned up and seated, the master brings in a few plates of “cooking food” and sets on a menu (normally two to three plates) so that the guest can eat directly from the plate and therefore be named “cooking rice”。
