I saw a method to make crispy soybeans on TV and couldn't wait to try it. However, because I was not proficient in learning skills, I really couldn't remember how to operate it afterwards. I only remembered that it said on TV that soybeans should be soaked first and then fried with cold water. I would have heard the rustling sound from the edge of the pan.

But what I made, why is it like this? Put it in the pan and mix it with some chopped green onion and soy sauce. Isn't it just pickled beans, haha.

I gave it to my husband, and he said it looked like a little Doudou from a Japanese meal eaten out. Although it's not crispy, it's more delicious the more it chews.

I think it's very likely that I fried it for too long, because I was worried that I wouldn't be familiar with it, but in fact I had already done it.

It's an unintentional planting of willows. Although it's not as expected, it's not bad to get this Doudou.

Therefore, it can be seen that even if the same method is used, everyone will master different things and get different finished products.
