The bread maker arrived the day before yesterday, and I made a big bread that night. I didn't know if it would work, so I wasn't happy to take pictures. That day, I didn't have enough high-gluten flour at home. I also added some ordinary flour. I always felt very uneasy, but when I saw the big bread, my worries were swept away. It was so successful. At 12 o'clock in the night, the house was filled with the aroma of bread. In fact, the taste was a taste of success, haha! <br /><br />I went home last night and continued to toss and look at the complimentary recipes. There were cakes on them. Although there was no low flour, it could be replaced by mixing ordinary flour and corn starch, so I got busy again!
