Bean sprout pancakes, like pot edge paste and oyster cake, are traditional snacks in Fuzhou. Usually, at breakfast time, Fuzhou people will order a famous snack "Seafood Guobian" at the snack bar, coupled with a bean sprout pancake or oyster cake, which is nutritious and delicious. The traditional method is to fry the pork belly slices out of oil, sprinkle with bean sprouts, leeks, and shredded ginger, then slowly pour the rice paste on them, and fry them with slow fire. If we make it ourselves at home, we can make appropriate adjustments according to our own tastes.
