Ingredients:
- 300g white radish (daikon), peeled and grated
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 50g dried shrimp (optional, soaked and chopped)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp five-spice powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

1. Prepare the radish: Squeeze grated radish to remove excess water, ensuring a firm texture.
