Wenzhou people all know wheat cake, Wenzhou people all love to eat wheat cake. The smell of home! With Wenzhou people strong homesickness! <br /><br />There are two kinds of Wenzhou wheat cake dough and method:<br /> 1. Eggs, oil, water (dig a hole in the middle of the flour, beat in the eggs, add the oil, stir with chopsticks, add water, and mix into dough)<br /> 2. Beer (beer replaces water and dough)<br /> Whether it's eggs, oil or beer, it's all used to soften the wheat cakes. <br /><br />There are several fillings for Wenzhou wheat cakes, and I only count 3 here:<br /> 1. Pickled flavor: pickles + fat meat<br /> 2. Dried vegetable flavor: Dried plum vegetables or dried mustard + fat (Dried plum vegetables taste better than dried mustard.) <br />3. Sweet: White sugar (Brush oil on the dough and put white sugar. It is usually made for children!)
