During the Qingming Festival, we all eat Artemisia cake at home. This Artemisia is different from wormwood. Our home is called Artemisia. The fillings at home are: pickles, bacon, and diced spring bamboo shoots;(Because these are limited ingredients, I was poor when I was a child, so I could only use a little bacon. Every household has several jars of pickles. As for spring bamboo shoots, they can be seen everywhere, but they are very fragrant. When we go to school, we often bring Artemisia papa to eat in the morning. If rich children eat breakfast, we eat papa...) <br />The fillings I use today are: mushrooms, spring bamboo shoots, fresh meat, pickled pork, and garlic. (In my hometown, I wash Artemisia, wrap it in gauze, smash it with a hammer, and mix it with glutinous rice flour)
