My favorite cuisine is Sichuan cuisine, probably because I like spicy food, but eating spicy food in Guangzhou can easily get angry, get acne, sore throat, etc., but these things still can't stop me from loving Sichuan cuisine! Of course, I am not an authentic Sichuanese, so I may not be able to make that authentic taste. Let's have a Cantonese Sichuan dish-garlic mashed white pork!
